US: DC's Legends of Tomorrow

Hot/Cold blokes - Are they that bad actors or where they told to play the parts like that (yes, seen them in Flash and Prison Break).

Wentworth Miller is at least. Everything he tried after Prison break failed and the current voice he's affected is just annoying. It's like a he's trying to talk like James Spader and failing badly at it.

It really is. I fear this is going to bomb, just too many poor actors in it. Plus I don't like how they have shoehorned in Vandal Savage to the Hawkman/Hawkgirl mythos. Quite frankly I'd rather they kept his original origin and left out the Hawks entirely. They don't really bring anything to the show.

I didn't really enjoy that episode, just felt a bit rushed, going back to get them, then going forward and then suddenly being persuaded to save her son she couldn't remember, just daft, hope they're not all like this, willing to give it a go though.

They are going to suffer the flaw of any time travel show. It is too easy to win when you have unlimited no restrictions time travel. Rip saying he doesnt know where to find him, pointing out all the places he been seen through out history.... WELL GO THERE THEN!!!111

Considering it was outright stated that Rip picked his team because they're people who could disappear without consequence to the timeline do we really need to spoonfeed people the reason they can't pop in and assassinate him while he's stood next to Hitler? There's no plothole, no flaw, it's already explained.

Hawkman's memories when they've died etc.
Like I say, pretty big hole lol.

You've taken 2 and 2 and made 8.
The former doesn't mean anything to the latter.

Well other than the fact that the entire purpose of killing Savage is to specifically change the timeline?

Well clearly I saw something that wasn't there given how many people are having issue with this.

It was pretty clear to me they were looking for spots where they can disrupt Savage's rise to power without interfering in other events, yes they could just pop up and shoot him before he was empowered (putting aside for a second that probably screws up the Hawks timelines as well) but choosing a team of expendables clearly says to me Rip wants to stop Savages rise to power without disrupting other large events. I would think the second half of the pilot is going to make this a lot more clear.

I'm sure the causality will be discussed in later episodes to smooth this over for you.

When Cronos came across the member of the public he said he was checking to see if he had any effect on the timeline. I can only assume he has some sort of record of history or database. Once he found no record of him he killed him.

Well I for one enjoyed it, I never look to deeply into these programs I just like the entertainment value, I found this entertaining and look forward to the next instalment.

The Atom on the show is just a poor man version of Iron Man. He meant to have powers for crying out loud not armour, flight and repulsor blasts. He nothing like what he should be. The visor design in particular, I dont need to cover my face because a secret identity doesnt aplly to me.

CC + HW are just plain over melodramatic.

Hawk Girl was a bad casting, Serously she more like horse woman instead.

I actually really enjoyed it. Saw the twist coming but it didn't spoil it for me. Ray Palmer/Atom is a great character. He is nothing like Iron Man really, he is very earnest and down to earth.

As to the Visor, Wasn't that explained in an episode of Arrow? Doesn't the helmet have some sort of face mapping technology?

Anyway, I do think people think that new shows are going to be their answer to Shakespeare with Superheroes. Enjoy it for what it is and that's enjoyable, entertaining, funny, action packed tv show.

Jeez some people do not know when they were born. I would loved to have see them see what I grew up with and then moan.

I hate to be "that" guy, but I said this look awful from the trailer.
I haven't and won't watch it so my opinion is neither valid or worthy but the atmosphere and comments here suggest I am glad I didn't.

I enjoyed it personally.
No where near as good as the flash and some of the acting was awful but it was entertaining enough for me.

Watched the first episode. It was alright. A little bit too fast imo. They tried to cram everything in 1 episode. Give it few more episodes. Then i'll judge.

Yeah watched it last night and thought similar, it could be fairly OK or awful. Undecided yet!
