Dell U2412M, U2312HM and U2212HM on their way!

I am pretty sure that it will be priced similarly to the ZR24w when it is launched officially - so yes, do ignore those pre-order prices. :)

I want the 30" version. LED looks nice but not nice enough to ditch my 2407WFP.

Gonna buy me a new GFX first but if there is no news in the next couple of months then it will have to be a U3011.

no word about a U3011 successor i'm afraid. there will be some new 27" models emerging but again not a direct successor to the U2711.

Hi,

What about a U2312HM ?
Price, design (rounded as the U2412M ? :( ) ?

ps : Sorry for my short message, im not english. :s

It looks like the U2410 will be replaced because it's no longer available on Dell HK and the price for U2412m in HK~ HK$ 2745 (around £220) - Very unlikely but I do hope the UK price can match that when it's available here.

Also my family in HK just ordered an U2412m online and without speaking to any sales, they lower the final price to HK$ 2400. :D
I thought the U2410 was staying as-well as the U2412M?..

from what i've been told, it will be staying too. UK price looking to be more around £300 inc VAT it seems

As us monitor gurus suspected all along. ;) Really looking forward to your review - hope to get my hands on one myself soon too. I'm currently playing with a Samsung T27A950 to 'pass the time'.

thats the ocuk price too. Cracking price for a 16:10 24" ips monitor. No hdmi though, is dp gathering popularity?

Dell's 'professional' monitors are designed for PC use only. HDMI would be quite a flimsy and pointless addition for such a monitor and it really has no place on a pure PC monitor. Having said that I am sure there are people who would like to connect up a console to a U2412M but that's not really what this monitor is designed for at all.
