If it was 120Hz it wouldn't really help. If it was 120Hz AND had some kind of uber IPS tech that was responsive enough for this to be an advantage then it may raise some eyebrows (and other things).
Just got mine, was about to try it out when it says in the instructions to connect it by the blue cable or DVI, I dont actually have a comp yet, was going to use it for my 360 so via HDMI until I get a computer. Does anyone know why you have to connect it up via those two cables at first?
Supply and demand.why has the price of this gone up so much? This is what p**ses me off about overclockers, they see nowhere else has it in stock and raise their prices

This looks pretty awesome, if only it was 120hz
Give me IPS panel over 120mhz any day
Noob question. Are you supposed to register it with dell to kick in the three year warranty?

i suppose i need to ask myself is the monitor really worth £470?! christ thats the price of a 40" tv nowadays
remember guys, you can buy the 23" equivalent from Dell for less than £200.
True, but the target audience for this monitor isn't those who would spend £470 on a 40".
Excellent bargain indeed, but it is by no means the 23" equivalent. It uses a cheaper panel, cheaper backlight and lacks the plethora of inputs and other features that makes up the Dell U2410.
