I see the game + expansion is on offer for £52 atm on battlenet, worth it?
Wondering how long that expansion pass covers, I know it says 1st 2 expansions but doesnt tell you how many they are releasing in the next year.
Also how is the expansion? is it like a proper expansion or is it just dlc with an expasnion tag?

been more of a reader of this forum over the years, great place to learn whats going on in the pc component evolution but will maybe start talking sum now in a clan and all
Yet people still buy them...
It's one of the few expansions where the developer actually removes a part of the game that the player had already paid for with the original game and only allows them to carry on playing it if they stump up for the new "expansion".
Beggars belief people actually fall for this carp and I certainly wish I'd done my homework before ever installing the base game.
seem to be getting flak too for this dawnings caper and eververse. apparently it would cost a bomb to get all the cosmetics i think i read a few days ago, also you cant earn the new ones as they are in a different engram or something so another paywall.
I read somewhere that the next expansion was going to be coming out in spring 2018. I have the base game and played it on launch, really enjoyed the campaign but stopped playing after 2-3 weeks.
I found there were so many little things that just made me think, why on earth would someone design something this way. Especially the UI, really illogical imo. I'm not sure if I will play the game again, maybe when all the expansions are mega cheap.
However, I know some people still really love the game and you might be in that category, I would just have a good look at what you might expect and go in with your eyes open

I have to be honest, never played the original as don't own a console but i'm loving this game apart from the point where at end game where me personally don't know others that are in the game, the game would really benefit from a chat system like in the wow universe where people do get to know each other, clan chat in game would be a nice at the very minimum, as i'm hitting a wall where endgame is concerned, 6 needed for leviathan or 3 needed for Nightfall or the Trials of the nine game mode where these modes cant be done by matchmaking
As for paying for expansions i'm against paying for them also but unfortunately we are all forced to do so on games we enjoy because of the greed in the market and as people are paying for them unfortunately it will continue.

Im still trying to push https://www.the100.io/groups/4911 on the OCUK discord for folk to use. It notifies the discord when someone sets up a gaming session. EG, I have the lair for tomorrow and prestige leviathan on Friday on it.
In game clan chat is coming however, they confirmed it.
I enjoy playing, but maxxed out at 335 on 3 characters now, all the gear, all the guns etc so want to run challenges. Like prestige leviathan, the lair, different strats and so on and also Sherpa folk through but we are running out of "newbs" to do the raids with lol

I would love to run a few raids or even get a few Night falls in , but my usual gaming time doesn't coincide with the regulars on there. Agree with @blacktiger that the game needs better ingame chat. I too have never played the original. Also I have got to about Power 331 on my Titan without even stepping into a raid with that character or PVP, its a bit of a grind.
I'm fast approaching level 25. So fresh noob meat.
I'd be up for doing the raid. My characters are 334/335/335 but I've never actually finished the raid!
Really?? I'm going to be running a few raids over the weekend and lairs, will be on discord just jump in!

injured myself in work yesterday tho got glass in me finger, had to go to theatre to have plastic surgeon remove it as it was a bit deep so will bit sore at mo, ill sign up to groups when i heal a bit but look forward to grouping with you all

hi there just got this game for free with new graphics card but upon loading the game is crashes my pc can anyone help
