The release is all well and good, but if you look historically at update or maintenance periods then Europeans are always given the crap end of the stick. It's always right when the majority of people are going to come online, as opposed to the US where everyone is at work.

I'm sure there is a happy medium that could be reached somewhere.

Edit: Raid wise, if people are still updating around 8pm onwards with a while to go, we'll move it to tomorrow to make things easy for everyone. Up for Nightfalls and PoE if everything goes **** up Raid wise too.

I would agree that server maintenance times are bad for us, but to be fair, Bungie do it when they're in work, which just unfortunately means it falls within our evening times. No matter what time they do it they're going to affect a huge group of players in some part of the world. It sucks but I do see the logic in their timings.

Not quite sure what time I shall be on, probably sometime between 8 & 9 but whenever I can drop in the party and see what's going on.

Cool I'll just fire up a party, anyone join whenever. Need to be in a fireteam to complete some of the new bounties!

The gunsmith Armsday stuff unlocks at 6pm too, I got the notification after reset but apparently it's not starting til the 'late' reset a la IB/Trials.
