OK GUYS YOU NEED TO KNOW.

OCUK only give the 1st year warranty on this monitor the last 2 years are with DGM, well thats made my mind up tbh wont be getting one now as most know DGM customer service is really poor.

are you sure? i thought there was a quote from Gibbo saying that all 3 years were honored by ocuk?

If it is only the first year, I will not be pleased!
 
Had it confirmed by ocuk customer service today.

For the first year you will deal with us and whatever left with the warranty after that you will deal with DGM.

The warranty will be covered by OC as noted in the above links and their own advert...



If I had seen that it was only to be covered by DGM I would not have bought this screen as dealings with them in the past have been less than satisfactory.

Yeah Vimes i sent another message saying it should be changed if that is the case, killer is checking tomorrow I just hope that the guy that mailed me got it wrong.
