Well, no, that's not true at all. Air cooling is very much the standard even in really tiny ITX cases, though people do create some extremely impressive custom loops in them. The vast majority use air though, with CPU coolers like the Alpenfohn Blackridge and Cryorig C7 and standard graphics cards. The sandwich-style cases are hardly "specialsed" either. It's become pretty much the standard over the past few years for ITX cases, because it's just a plain better layout for optimising use of space. Even cheap ones from AliExpress, who've copied the trends of the more elaborate boutique cases. I don't even consider the H200i an "ITX case" really. It's bigger than a lot of mATX cases (even a few ATX ones), and certainly not in any way space-optimised. It has worse component compatibility in some respects than cases with less than half its internal volume. I mean, it's "fine" if you for some reason want to buy ITX parts but don't actually want a small build, but I don't understand why anybody would want that, personally. And it's certainly not where the ITX scene has been going in recent times.
