I'm about 3yrs late but to me it sounds like she was being nice to you because you tipped her, simple as that really... then she told her Polish family back home about your immense generosity and the news spread all throughout Eastern Europe all the way to Romania where some webcam girls heard all about you and your inability to hold onto your money.
