It certainly requires some practice to get used to compared to past Dirt games but I love it already.

From what I've read about the issue it seems to be a Steam install problem but I haven't found any decent trouble shooting tips. Most of them seem to be uninstall Steam/reinstall as well as the game while making sure you delete all the directories the game is using such as the Steamapps game folder, the save game folder in your documents etc.

One the of the fixes also seems to be disabling Steam Cloud. You could also do the good old delete clientregistry.blob in the Steam directory.

I really like this and its looks really good too. Im enjoying the fact that its quite hard to get it right.

I really think I'll be buying this tonight. It sounds too good to miss. How well is this game running on a i7, 980 at 1440p?

Probably 60+ on Ultra. I haven't seem maybe peeps with any performance issues, I'm on a 290 and it runs perfectly fine maxed out at 2560x1080.

Runninjg well for me on a single Titan X with everything maxed at 1440P and a 3930K @ 4.4Ghz - Sitting roughly 70 fps average

I have an I7 and a Titan X getting 90fps at 1440p, so you should have no probs in it looking great.

So far the only issue I'm having is Alt-Tabbing out of the game and then going back in completely destroys my FPS and for some bizarre reason does a very strange thing to the 'Benchmark' mode where the camera sits at the Start and the Benchmark seems to go off on it's own looking at the HUD and the sounds/Co-Driver

..very weird.

It has the ability to set up Leagues on Racenet I think. Might be worth looking in to.
