Yes it will, its just the reference cooler.


And that card pictured is a version that has 6 display ports.

It will have 2 x DVI, 1 x HDMI & 1 x display port.

Would that fit into HAF mid tower case, or would you need the full tower version?

if you mean the haf 922 mid tower then yes it should as long as you dont have anything in the very bottom 5.25 inch drive bay which most people dont anyway!

Assuming you mean 1920x1080 and assuming the figures we've seen so far are true, I would think it would be playable but not highest quality settings.

If these boards can run 3 screens each at hi-res and highest settings that would be ubelievable.

Ok noob question here. When these cards are attached to 3 monitors are what are they doing to display the image? Are they rendering one image at a much larger resolution then the primary display and wrapping it round to the other monitors or is it rendering a separate image for each screen?

It's rendered as a single screen, then split across the monitors. The game 'sees' your setup as a single screen, allowing for silly resolutions.

What would be good with this eyefinity stuff would be a few projectors, and a really large room. Would make for a pretty good home theatre set up as well, if you could get the images lined up.

I too feel a bit :s i was expecting more, not people sat at pc's trawling the web for rare photos
