Also advertising the new series with "same old same old" seems a bit strange

Nothing in that trailer makes me excited for the new series, happy to be proved wrong...

I honestly don't get it. How can you watch two seasons and dislike the protagonist, then watch the new season trailer and not be excited YET STILL WATCH THE NEXT SEASON?!?

If that trailer doesn't put a huge smile on your face then it might not be for you.
 
Has the budget been cut again? The CGI looks worse than ever which is disappointing because the best Doctor Who episodes are the ones that really on good story telling and your imagination rather than special effects :(

That really wasn't his fault. The quality of the writing has plummeted ever since Mothball took over.
 
I have to say, this is looking really polished whilst maintaining the deliberately laughable bad effects. The scene of the city horizon with probes firing into the sky is beautiful.

Please no overbearing story arcs and please no episodes strictly remaining on Earth.

I can't stop watching that trailer, it's just soooo goood!

I'm a classical nut so just knowing that the BBC Philharmonic Orchestra is writing these scores for Doctor Who just makes it fifty times more brilliant.
 
did an audition to be the next DR Who but Moffat said I couldnt get the part as I wasnt british enough. I am a frakking alien so I can be any nationality with any accent.
need subtexts for that scottish accent.
 
Didn't they try to explain why Clara seemed to know more than the doctor in near every scenario? The reason why her time line continued to cross the doctors in multiple instances.

Granted she still carried on being overbearing but wasn't that why her character was about to get axed? I hope they've learned, she's fit but I wouldn't enjoy it as much if she turned into bossy boots Pond.

Hey! I've warned you before about dissing the Pondster! I would have preferred a new sidekick at this stage, when I say new I do mean bringing Amy Pond back....with those long legs.:D
