Regarding your phone, it's an odd one :( The only other two things I can suggest is setting it back to factory defaults and see if there is an updated ROM/OS to download, or see if there is a video recording/camera app that allows you to specify certain settings :)

Problem with wearing the new shoes is I was looking at your heels. ;)

You and I have the same problem there, in that we roll onto our midfoot/toe too early.

Also, I would suggest getting your shoulders further over the bar, and keeping it pinned back with your lats before the second pull.

Either way, great speed!

Really annoying session today, it was crazy busy and little things kept on going wrong like the clips that holds the chains on getting stuck and making it take much longer. I think the answer may be to just be more of a **** and yell at people to "GET THE **** OUT THE WAYEEE!!!!!!" all the time.

That 190's a proper PB. Good mixture of strength, speed and determination on that last rep. Love it! :cool:

Another week of PB's in all three lifts again is ****ing impressive as well!

If that's Ice shouting encouragement he should give up powerlifting and become a coxswain for Oxford or Cambridge in the boatrace :p

Voice was is tatters after screaming and groaning through my leg workout. On the 185 set I am filming collapsed on a bench :D

Long time no update.

Nothing new since last update. Last Friday's squats didn't happen, was out coaching from 5am to 7pm so too tired to get anything good done. Was due for another mock meet this week so I have decided to do it on Friday. Monday did some singles at 80-90%, got up to 180, 115, 210 all felt really nice, deads were a little slow but still felt real nice.

Today was my deload day training. Everything at 50% bar weight but with chains and 60 sec rest.
