It's on the legislation link that Fox posted except it uses that javascript session ID thing so we can't link it as it is specific to each user ID session.

(It's like the purple shirts website, if you know what that is).

1st Jan 2008 is when it comes into effect. Won't affect you though, see Fox's more recent post.

I guess the cut off is being 18 for the 1st Jan.

I wouldn't bet on it - they've been talking about changing the rules for god knows how many years, and now they've implemented it.

I cant believe people havent heard about this!! Thankfully being 22 I look forward to getting a 1.6 next year

i`m sure there was a story on BBC news about this only a couple of months ago.
