England XI v India **spoilers**

Get in there! :)

Listened to them taking all of those wickets, it was a big ask but the boys stepped up to the plate and did the business. :D

Well played England a well deserved victory and amazing when you consider how many players England had out but most of the players who came in for those injured imo played just as well as they would have so this is why England have done ok.

Very odd to see India collapse like this, I knew Sachin and Sehwag were carrying injuries in this innings so didn't expect much from them but the others have let India down. Going from 75-3 to 100 all is out is shocking for a side with the batsman India have and i think the pressure just got to them. Also a famous saying in cricket, catches win matches. If you drop 10 straight forward catches you do not deserve to win a match. Nice to hear Sachin even though he only made 34 looked much more like his old self and credit to the guy that he has been playing with an injury and didn't use that as an excuse to say why he was in bad form. Look like he was getting back into his groove and now he is out for 8 weeks!

Just watching the highlights, an absolutely fantastic moment. Monty missed a catch off Dhoni (can't say dropped as he didn't even get near it) & he looked devastated & the Indian fans were ripping him for it. A couple of balls later exactly the same shot & batsman, this time Monty caught it & was mobbed by his teammates, stirring:)

This series has been great for English cricket. To come back like that from the Pakistan series and all the injuries is a fantastic achievement by our boys. Well done to all of them, but especially Freddy, Hoggy and the debutants :D

Freddie got MOTM & MOTS, when you think of the players in the Indian side that's some feat. His captaincy has been good too, the only time it was a bit iffy was last day at Nagpur when they had a 20 over or so dash at getting the runs:)

Great result, all the players worked so hard in those conditions and circumstances. What a collapse though, worse than ours!!

Keeps us ranked 2nd in the world :)

Just watched the highlights and although some of the Indian batting was fairly dire, especially Dhoni, but our bowling was spot on today and we thoroughly deserved to tie the series, surprising me I must admit. :D

I was also glad that Monty had a very quick chance to redeem himself, that ball must have taken an hour to come down for him, but he took it well.

I knew Udal would do the business, as I'd stated earlier that I thought he wasn't up to the task. :o

The one dayers have started this morning:)
We won the toss & are fielding for some reason.

M J Prior, A J Strauss, O A Shah, K P Pietersen, P D Collingwood, A Flintoff, G O Jones, I D Blackwell, L E Plunkett, Kabir Ali, J M Anderson

Edit: 17-1 off 3, Sehwag gone already:)

and a collapse to 141-8! Pathetic really. No wonder we're struggling to auto qualify for the champions trophy.

Just wondering if Jones shouldbe dropped in the one day side for Prior as he looks better with the bat in the one day games he's played and we dont need to wicket keepers.
