Could be worse I suppose, the few Hayes fans that exist will probably be more peeved than me :p

Bit of a difference there though, as Roma aren't exactly a 'mid-table' club like we are, and that was in Europe's elite competition. This was a normal league game, but I see your point :)

Yeah, it was just the first thing that sprung to mind where I can remember fans going mad over a win at that margin etc :p
 
terrible game so far, Bolton fouling constantly, ref doing absolutely nothing...of course until Davies ran right into Vidic and fell over, when he gave a freekick. I don't think he knows what "play the advantage" means either, one point he actually waited until we got the advantage, then blew :rolleyes:

Nani has been good so far, good flick on to berbatov early on then nice play for the goal. Shockingly this formation looks poor again, none of the midfield are supporting Berbatov enough, Fletcher has been unusually poor and Giggs has been completely absent so far. Neville has done one of his usual pass it straight to the opposition moments :(



And what was the 4 mins of injury time for?!?! Swear we got no where near that many stoppages.
 
Why don't we play with 2 up front much these days? We perform so much better with two strikers.

It's almost like SAF expects Nani/Valencia to cover the fullback and help out when defending, but to be up the pitch with Berba/Rooney when attacking.

They can't be in two places at once. :(
 
You cant play Giggs and scholes in the same team anymore, I also dont know why he plays Giggs off the striker, it has worked precisely this many times:

NEVER.

He isnt a striker, he can handle himself in a midfield 5, but he is being played off Berbatoss and it doesnt work.
