No. Two footed tackles are usually a red card offense regardless of whether they make contact or not. In this case it was not a bad challenge and very little contact was made but he still had to go because it was two footed. Understand?
 
I've said it was a red card all along and haven't defended it :)

I've said that it was a red card for Fro man as well.

I dont think our little guys up front are going to cause much trouble. Its like playing 4-6-0

Can see Drogba and Anelka just brushing off our players though :(
 
Looks like Fabregas is playing more or less as a second striker with Diaby and Song not venturing forward very much at all.

Slightly different tactically to the usual.
