I won £28 for betting that Stoke would beat Newcastle 2-1. Only bet £1.
Nice
Just been back from the hospital, been having heart problems since around 3.50 this afternoon..
What's that lad Heskey's first name? Some youngster we've nurtured?

Yeh i do actually, i havent seen one game for years when Rio has made me go wow thats a good performance, he was once a top top defender but over the past years hes lost imo..he constantly makes mistakes and luckily Vidic has been there and so not many of his mistakes result in goals etc...please direct me to a game where he has put in a performance like for example Kompany did yesterdayAhaha.
You are again demonstrating you have no idea what you are talking about.
you'll get a kicking when you come to the Brit for the 2nd game

I think your negative play in the first half stopped up from getting a bigger goal advantage. We could easily have been two or three up if you hadn't pulled 10 men behind the ball for the first 45 minutes. We did have 70% possession afterall.
We thought we'd done enough on half time when we got the goal and stepped back when we should have pressed on and finished it off.
As it happens, it was a stupid move by Enrique that gave away the free kick which led to the equaliser an it was sloppy defending which led to the winner.
You didn't win the game today, we lost it.
In fairness, it's probably a bad sign if your defender (let alone centre back) gets MOTM

i would rather a clean sheet and 1 goal than say 2-2?
Yeh ok, tbh i dont remember you playing Inter but i will try and find the game and watch it and if Rio did put in a top performance like he was once capable/regularly did then great but since then has there been any other games? or do you have to go back 3 years? To be honest I doubt you'd ever heard of football let alone watch it before City came into money
As for MOTM performances considering last season was pretty much a write off for Rio I'd say the last one that I can remember was v Inter Milan in the San Siro in the 08/09 season but like I said you wouldn't of been around then

I never said he didnt but i dont think hes been injured for nearly 3 years and he has made appearances since he wasnt like Hargreaves, no your right i dont know because i dont follow utd like people on here follow City and comment on every little detail. You know he has had a lot of injury problems in recent times, right?
Oh no wait, of course you dont.
Vidic was the one doing that imo.You don't get to two consecutive Champions League finals with a central defender who isn't putting in world class performances. He didn't put in those sort of performances last season because he didn't have much chance, he has been plagued with injury for much of the last year and a half.
Vidic was the one doing that imo.
I didnt know that nor when it was.Ah because when we went on a 14 game run where we didn't conceed a goal Rio wasn't very good.
Note: That's the last time he had a run in the side without being crippled.
Well utd have for quite a while, liverpool have to a certain degree with Carragher and we used to with Dunne when Distin left and Richards was still young and making mistakes (which he doesnt seem to have changed) without Vidic you would be terrible at the back imo.You honestly think a team can be successful at any level by relying on one central defender to put in the performances? Seriously?
