It's best to do this on your PC. Log into gmail select contacts click on my contacts and should get an option to merge all contacts. Or if you want to do it yourself select all contacts tick the check box next to each contact you want to merge into one and select merge. Repeat until your finished or bored. Once you've finished you should find the phone has been synced.
 
Syncing contacts through gmail was a breeze to be honest. A lot easier than i thought it was going to be!

Amen to that. Just installed it. Love it already. The best thing for me is that it tells you the stops the train has made before getting to your stop and what time it departed but also what stops the train will be making on the way to its final stop and its expected arrival at each stop. :)
 
I've just discovered torrent fu! It's a great app for accessing your torrent program from your phone. Very easy to set up as well.

Could someone trust me a link to swype that works on the desire?

Rubbish app...doesnt even work with utorrent even after following all the instructions listed :/

Would have thought any official app wouldn't be as detailed with the information it offers? This one gives you so much info it is stunning. I don't really need to know all the stops before mine and the departure times but that's cool. I also don't need to know where and when the train will stop between me getting on and getting off but that's also cool.
 
I installed the trial of Navigon MobileNavigator. It auto downloaded via wi-fi what I presume is the latest map but is is hopelessly out of date. Two petrol stations which disappeared years ago are listed and it tried to route me to work though a road that has been blocked off for at least 7 years.
