I'm using Apex free version. Pretty cool but no clocks are as nice as the Sense 4.0 clock.

I've tired to get Google Music and just can't do it.
I used Hotpot shield and tried to install Google Music manager but it won't let me. So frustrating.

You only need to do anything special to get the initial sign up done, which you do through a proxy (or I guess a vpn, seems overkill though)...
I used hidemyass, then just go to music.google.com and it'll present you with a signup page, enter your google account details (I was paranoid and changed my password before and after doing this) and then you're done.
You can then go to the same music.google.com page without a proxy and it'll 'just work', there are links from there to download the music manager, and then just need to grab the apk for android and it's all good

Hmmm, I went to music.google.com via hidemyass (and the Chrome plugin) but after signing in with my google account it tells me

HDR = High Dynamic Range. For situations where parts of the scene you want a picture of are very bright and parts are very dark. App isn't perfect but pretty cool none the less

Just using the free version as I don't think I need any of the pro features at the moment.

I guess my question is, how do I keep my cookie functionality on while using hidemyass so that I can sign in to Google?
