Wouldn't be surprised if it was the app developers complaining to google about them, after all, no ads = no money, heck that is how google have/are earning their billions :p

Thank god for the internet though :p You should be able to find the apk somewhere, if not I am sure someone here has backed it up and can just upload the apk and then you can install it using estrongs.

Notice that the jellybean swype keyboard I use was also removed.....

Worked on my Nexus 4, but my mates Galaxy S3 lost all signal with it installed, and had to be removed. Nether are rooted.
Are you saying an adblocker broke his radio? The object which apps have no access over? Also don't these require root to edit the hosts file? - strikes me as odd you'd install a root requiring app on a non-rooted handset :/

No, it's the facebook app doesn't seem to support the games she uses in android. I was hoping there'd be some way of replicating the desktop experience, including keeping the progress of her games.

You think their USP was they had no control over what was sold? I'm sure you'd be moaning about Google if you installed an app that stole your credit card details...

I don't think blocking ads and credit card fraud is on the same level though. I'd agree that anything that is malicious, child porn etc should be removed but when stuff like adblock gets removed it's kind of annoying. If it happens to chrome then I will be going back to firefox.

Anyone playing real racing 3? What cars have you bought?

I've bought the focus for the first races and the m3 coupe , the focus I thought was a good buy but with the m3. I seem to struggle a bit with races and the upgrades dont upgrade that much to make a difference.

Any tips for future purchase?
