As in re-rooting? Just root using CF-Root again.
Yup, at first I couldn't really care less about those animations but it is rather nice having them now
Do you get the animation when you go into an app and out to desktop?

With apex everything looks perfect!
This may break it for me regarding nova as the 4x4 grid looks awful yet the 5x4 grid is fine in portrait mode.

Thanks I thought I had seen one somewhere.
Don't think it is as you have that option in nova as well and I just enabled it and nothing changed 
EDIT:
Yours is the same as mine mrk regarding snowstorm and minimalistic text widgets, except the calendar widget looks better, I am using smooth calendar still
