I might be being really stupid but what about the sidepods are cool? I saw the comments about the undercut but I thought other teams had already shown an undercut design.

Ah cool, that makes a lot more sense. I was just seeing the undercut comment so thinking it was like the other teams.

Bahrain wanted to be the 'launch' of the 2022 season so paid for the first test (before theirs) to be behind closed doors.

Ferrari definitely the looker this season so far for me, but the shot above does make it look fat and heavy, like the F310. Obviously it's going to be far more compact under the skin and it's just for aerodynamic reasons, but otherwise it's the best looking F1 car since the 412 T2 in my opinion.
Great to see three entirely different concepts among the top three, then with McLaren more in line with Mercedes in terms of aero approach, but with pull-rod front suspension.
