Favourite Red Dwarf scene?

Far too many for me to think of a single scene, but my favourites are the simple ones with cat in the earlier seasons.
 
Cat: Am I the only sane one here? Why don't we drop the defensive shields?

Kryten: A superlative suggestion, sir, with just two minor flaws. One, we don't have any defensive shields, and two, we don't have any defensive shields. Now I realise that, technically speaking, that's only one flaw but I thought it was such a big one it was worth mentioning twice.

Cat: Good point; well made

Most of my faves have been mentioned already, but I love this one:

Kryten: Well Space Corp directive 195 clearly states that in an emergency power situation a hologramatic crew member must lay down his life so that living crew members may live.

Rimmer: Yes, but Rimmer Directive 271 states just as clearly, "No chance you metal *******".



Not seen some of these for ages, I feel a Red Dwarfathon coming on. :D

The White Hole scene was hilarious.
 
Red Dwarf was, no IS possibly the best tv show ever. I really need to get them on DVD. Can you get just a single boxset with all the series?

There are two box sets called "just the shows" (four series each) - no extras of course, but they are a bargain :)
 
Season 1.. Episode 2 or 3 I believe, where Cat's walking along in the corridor with a trolley full of the "lost" cigarettes.

But you miss out on the excellent extras - you can get the multi disk series sets for £7 per series.

Then you've got the Bodysnatcher collection - the Remastered Series 1, 2 and 3....

The one were Lister has passed out and Rimmer is trying to get the Cat to come help, and each time he goes to get up and then just sits back down again.

Theres so many great moments though, makes me want to watch the entire thing again.
