Fifa officials including vice president Jeffrey Webb arrested, Blatter getting it at last.

Tummy that doesn't say how they voted, I could link a few other articles which showed them intending to vote against.

I suppose with a hidden ballot we won't know though.

There was a couple of really good articles about Blatter by Simon Kuper recently (Financial times I think), he's very popular in South America / Africa (obviously the middle east).

Apologies, as I can't multiquote as you're on ignore.

It's not my graphic, it's from the Guardian and it was a prediction.

How do you know those competitions are so unpopular? I mean, I understand they're not as popular as the World Cup or European Championships but they still have an audience and certainly in Europe (Spain, Portugal) I would imagine.

I'm not quite 'fawning' over them, but there is a long lasting impression made on English football by previous Brasil teams (the Samba football), so I disagree and would say that South American football has captured the imagination over here, maybe not for average people but certainly football fans.

Who is that aimed at by the way?
You shouldn't be able to see any posts of those you have on ignore, is there a glitch in the matrix, or it something to do with others quoting?

Put someone on ignore. Click view post. There's no multi quote option. You can quote a single one, or trust. Unless there should be an option to multi quote then it's working as intended.

As you were only replying to one person you didn't need the multi quote option. It seems like you only mentioned it to point out you had Moses on ignore.

Former top Fifa official Chuck Blazer has detailed his bribe-taking, racketeering and money laundering as part of a guilty plea in New York.
He says that he and others on Fifa's executive committee agreed to accept bribes in conjunction with the choice of South Africa as 2010 World Cup host.
Mr Blazer says he also accepted bribes over the 1998 event.
The US has launched a wide-ranging criminal case that engulfed Fifa and led President Sepp Blatter to resign.

The man is a caricature though. I'm not sure how much of it I would believe without evidence.

Well lets hope he has emails phone records and someone of his ranking in fifa must have a huge pile of emails. Its shocking how dumb some people can be using work email to take bribes if in deeded they did use it
