Firefox 4.0 available to download. Official Release tomorrow

HELP!

I installed Firefox 4.0 this morning (upgrading current installation) now when I loaded it up tonight it just hung whilst trying to load any website, I reinstalled 3.6, and the problem persisted. It would just hang and I have to force close it through task manager.

I then re-installed Firefox 3.6 after removing it, and I still had the issue.

Anyone offer any advice? I just uninstalled 3.6, then rebooted and I'm going to try it again.

Most annoying,m wish I never bloody bothered updating now.

ok so I updated the script with that little fix and another fix so the border of the editor is the right colour too...

just found this post, firefox updated the other day, but ive noticed by google toolbar no longer works like it used to.

if i type in search box it would start the auto results search similar to what the google site does but it no longer does this, since upgrading to ff4 ?

anyone know why or how to fix it

I might have grabbed the new one but i cba to re-edit the new one so old icons work :p

If you tell me the code and where to put it i could do that tho. :)

Will make icons an option a bit later :) Is it only the thread icons you want the same or everything?

Edit: Icon set option added on the style, for now it's all icons, if there are selected icons you want to keep new let me know.

Can you make some perhaps main forum view icons that isnt the original V "actually a V icon" icons or the new ones as their too i duno not very distinguishable for me. But some off and on icons to show new topic in a sub forum if u know what i mean. I quite like them "online" is green button light and such maybe something simple like them.

Their the only last icons im not too keen on. If you dont want to do owt then np but appreciate if something can be done.

If i knew where icons were stored id replace them myself with a bit of photoshopping but not sure where the new icons are stored to change with custom ones.

Edit - Hmm i see the online and offline has buttons now, kinda liked the dots myself :p Looks like you took max image width out of the code as cant find the entry anymore (i did pick no scale but thought it still be in to tweak). The gradients are nice. :) Its now top to down not side to side as you previously shown tho.

I'll try and find some better icons for the forums, I know what you mean, if you can find any nice ones let me know...

I'll add another option so "general" icons can be picked separately from the thread icons for you, if that's what you wanted.
 
Text looks fine to me Opetdisciple maybe a bit heavy with the "bold" of the text but it looks clean to me.

Sky gimme 2 mins ill whip somit up.

Edit - Yeah they look nice when used. Not 100% sure on the blue but as i said it looks nice. Update with its install options is great. :)
