Firefox 4.0 available to download. Official Release tomorrow

Anyone got a decent, simple Gmail notifier extension? The one I've been using has been long unsupported but I've been using a 'private build' apparently, but now Firefox 4.0 says it's not compatible at all.

Neat little site that I didn't see linked already: http://glow.mozilla.org/

how do people make the forums appear black? I must know.

http://userstyles.org/styles/25712 - not sure if it's compatible with 4 because I don't use it, it should be though.

I use http://webmailnotifier.mozdev.org/ and it's perfectly fine.

It is not related to your own specific AA settings set within your GFX card control panel?
I haven't experienced the issue with IE9, but many have, I told that was the reason.

yes no fuzzy font here also

I get what your saying, but why compromise?

Firefox and Chrome are proactive about their security. MS, would leave and have left vulnerabilities unpatched for a long time...

Just one out of 1000's of examples is the latest patch Tuesday this month, microsoft left out a MHTML vulnerability, which they chose not to patch, even tho, it is actively being exploited in the wild.

If this was open source, some one would just patch it, and done.

dont see it as a compromise
have tried the others but i alway go back to IE

Can anyone fix the OcUK DevianT 1.11 Sylish theme? The quote background colour has disappeared, its just the same as the normal post background.

Decided to make the switch to Firefox, have always used IE but instead of getting ie9 decided that i felt like a change.

Any way to import all my saved passwords for websites from IE like i did my favourites\bookmarks?

What colour should it be, do you have a screenshot? Should be able to fix it, current dark and deviant themes are on my stylish account so can just update them.

Edit: Just fixed the quote boxes in the dark theme as they were not dashed:
Edit2: Also added some new icons.

This is what it used to look like in FF 3.6, nicely rounded and dark green: Link

I like that download statusbar theme, definitely using that!

Been using this since the early betas. Yes, it's not as fast as Chrome, it uses too much memory and some of the UI decisions are a bit dubious, but I have too many extensions to consider leaving Firefox. Once you come to rely on extensions like DownThemAll, FireFTP, Firebug and [the proper version of] Adblock, other browsers seem like toys compared to Firefox. IE9 in particular is infuriatingly uncustomisable. Not even any option for tabs-on-top...
