I didn't! They didn't even let me have that when I asked! So ended up spending £550+ at a competitor and only £200 here

Try a post a in the Customer Services Forum as they're pretty understanding - Clicky - give them your order details and explain the situation. If they don't give you a refund they may give you credit - worth a shot.

I downloaded Windows Creation Tool from Microsoft website, Took minutes.... I'm guessing that's what your referring to ^^

Yeah the installation tool took seconds, but downloading the ISO file was taking forever!

Light weight, mine cost £2k+ tho admittedly 32gb 300mhz ram & evga 1080ti ftw 3 blew half the budget. The gpu on its own cost almost as much as your whole build.

Depends on your outlook , if your running ultra wide 160hz wide screen or 4k you need the muscle . Also if you've got the game time or if the rig needs to be the powerful for workloads at home .
