Folding@Home News - Attention Single-Machine Crunchers

Hi Rich,
I've just set up another SMP client on my single machine to see if it's worth it. So the folding stats will show 2 active computers in the last 7 days.

dont run linux, so no... but i might put it on my server at som e point...

Check out the thread on running it in VMWare virtualization. It's probably worth it if you're looking for mega-points.

It does slow it down a little, but the points are still absolutley massive compared with normal CPU clients - around 2 or 3 times better, even 4 or 5 with the WUs that are around at the moment!

I'm enrolling my kids computers into the fold tomorrow so after the news comes out, i'll start them off for the for a week so could you please take me off the single crunchers list for the week.
