SiriusB

3800+ X2's are luverly :p

My 3800+ X2 currently at 2.5ghz (250*[email protected]) comes in at

Dhrystone ALU : 18160 MIPS
Whetstone iSSE3 : 15361 MFLOPS

Going to crank the speed up a little more and see what happens :)
I wont leave it higher as at full load it's sitting at 40C this weather and I don't want the extra heat (it's already got a Freezer Pro 64 on it.)

40C at load? Whats the rest of your spec? My 4400+ is at 2300MHz on a 64 Pro and its chugging away at around 45C

oceaness,

add 10c onto your temps, experts read them wrong by 10c.
When i installed water, my expert claimed i was running 5 under ambiant.

 Yeah right.

On a side note, my output has fallen through the floor, its lower with 3 rigs running than the single i had running, it might be the 56 point 1-2 day wu's i keep getting and the second core on my pd 930 spitting out errors due to the 6c rise over last week.:mad:

Thank GOD im picking up my a/c unit at 11am today!

Just read this. How on earth did I get in the top dumpers list? :o
Only got 2 PCs running it now and they're crap, slow and not on at all times.
How strange :o

How noisy is that air-con unit?
Can you sleep with it on?

I'm still deciding if i should make my own using a pelt and a pair of heatsinks but it would cost much the same as a proper one and the only advantage would be the low noise. It probably wouldn't remove as much heat as a proper one either.

lol sorry I was just messing :D

glad you finally got it anyway - I used to have the same problem getting stuff delivered to my parent's house, also the same problem with the salloooon (though not the RS6 variety) :p

edit: the best place for carrying something large in my car is on the passenger seat - usually making it impossible to get the gear stick far enough over to engage reverse :o
