I'm looking to do this soon :), I've made a couple of offers in MM for a rad and block, will see what happens. I'd like to get a simple cpu loop set up, I don't need to cool the GPU for the moment (4850 is very quiet when gaming/folding) but would like the option to expand later if I change cards.
 
The matx one? That's terrible :( what killed it? Just starting to look at matx boards to replace my UD5 and had my eye on the evga one

Similar issue here Dekez, it does well if running all the time, but sometimes it has to be off/in the world of windows and it all goes a bit wrong. The good fight shall continue
 
Just went to restart my computer and nothing came back on power was there but no post and the GTX's fan was not spinning, the board has two 8 segment leds on it and they are not coming on so i think it's dead, My GTX is fine using it now.
Never had a component die on me before although my q9550 isn't that slow :D
 
Should be able to got a two year warranty
Just going to find out if there is any problem that i can fix before I send it out its a shame cos this board is brilliant
 
Good luck with the returns. I don't know what evga are like for UK rma's, and hope you share the experience with us.

Happy to hear it, please keep us informed of how it goes. Which one of you is paying for shipping?

I spent four hours or so trying to get my machine stable above 4ghz. Time per frame improved considerably at 4.4 (35 minutes per % down to 25) but the machine kept freezing.

Fair play, I've given up folding on my main rig for the moment, it's on and off too much to continually start up and shut down VMware, plus it has frozen a couple of times mid unit and lost all the work :(. Add to that the GPU client on the 4850 is now giving me "drivers stopped working" errors so have stopped everything for a while, just the shed folder whirring away now :(

Once I get this thing watercooled and a new graphics card (thinking 2nd hand 260) I'll have another bash though :)

Just a small warning as I shall be breaking into the top 100 within the next 5 days.

My RAC is not as high as it should be as I am having a few issues keeping all three GTX260's folding with Windows7 and only one monitor.

Luckily my VGA dummies should be arriving soon (all the way from down under lol).
