Food Hell

I've not tried fresh oyster yet, just doesn't look appetising to me.
I've had it fried in tempura which was really nice though.

I was going to say I never tried oysters but looking at some food photos i took....I did. But i don't remember what they taste like.

I have and will eat raw oysters, they are better with a dash lemon juice or vinegar.

Admittedly I am on the fence on whether I actually enjoy the experience.

On the other hand deep fried they are bloody gorgeous.
 
Kiwi fruit can do one

Fish I want to like but struggle with, it doesn’t always sit right for me.

Not a fan of offal really, but it’s probably more the memories of my mum over cooking liver (or most meat really).

I’ll try most things at least once though.
 
I think the problem with offal is it's often liked by the generation who want to cook/boil everything to death so cook it like that for younger people.

It usually can be very good but does need to be preapred properly, I went to an Izakaya style Yakitori place, where they grill everything over coals. Chicken hearts were the best thing on the menu imo.

I love the taste of kiwi fruit but it makes my mouth hurt for some reason. Same with fresh pineapple
