Football Fixtures 27-28th September *Spoilers*

tbh, several of them are simply much better than current members of the first squad. But like with THeo Wengers a little girly man about actually playing them in the premiership. How many injuries may have been avoided using the players we have available rather than rushing players back. He gets credit for playing them in the Carling cup but lets be honest, its because he doesn't care about it. Unfortunately he just doesn't "really" use them when he really can.

Ramsey and Wilshere are both far better and more effective over the entire pitch than Denilson and both can obviously play the wing very well. Eboue/Fabregas again showed they actually have a good understanding passing between each other and with Eboue a million times better than Denilson defensively I can't see why we aren't playing say, Wilshire, Eboue, Fabregas, and whatever winger we have available. Vela plays on the left wing very well and played there while on loan in spain. We have so many options and he keeps going with denilson and Song in central, its a joke.

I kept saying Spurs would get it together eventually and find some form, not really be in danger, I still think that in general though the idea they might not is starting to gain a little momentum. I mean, Pompie are pretty terrible defensively and really Spurs didn't do much of anything today.

What the hell does that mean???

I can't believe Arsenal lost to Hull yesterday, completely shocking. Dropping silly points like that is totally inexcusable. Nice work from Gallas on set-pieces again.

Most worrying thing perhaps though is Cesc's form. He's playing so poorly right now and it's disappointing. Last season he was awesome, and in the Euro2008 he was Spain's best player at times, even though he didn't start many of their games. I thought this season he'd just be unplayable but it isn't happening. Almost looks as if he doesn't care much.

I think it's more to do with his lack of confidence in going forward with Denilson as his partner, he needs a proper DM next to him so he can venture forward knowing there's someone behind him to sweep up.

An attacking midfielder whose 90% about assists and 10% about scoring himself will look like crap no matter how well he actually plays, if the hopeless striker upfront doesn't put any effort into actually shooting between the white poles with nets attached.

Cesc was actually very good yesterday, he had 2 shots on target which were pretty good, he ran into the box a few times and was very unlucky for several of his chances to not be finished off. But at the end of the day he was playing deeper than Denilson far to often. Denilson is a completely and utterly useless player, as is Ade, with a defensive player alongside Fabregas he can focus on going forwards and plays better. With a striker with a remote hint of ability infront of him he looks brilliant. With two bellends in the team who constantly give the ball away he looks poor even though he didn't play badly at all.

Not to mention its been 10 years and WEnger still hasn't come up with this shocking idea of practicing corners, either defensively or offensively. I'm sorry but in general someone like Chelsea, with 15 or so corners(i remember the stat being 12-4 at one point so assume we had several more than that by the end) will score from one of them. Infact, most teams with that many corners and freekicks will score, Arsenal will not. Either wenger doesn't practice them properly, or has failed to twig his plan for them is useless. Fabregas probably shouldn't take corners, he's not bad at freekicks in a crossing sense rather than taking shots from freekicks.

That was also not a penalty, he ran to the ball looking for contact and threw himself in the air. There are times when a player will be thrown into the air but they are few and far between. when a player is supposedly clipped from behind its literally impossible for such contact to launch a player into the air, for him to go up and spin as he did he physically had to of jumped, referee's are stupid. THe freekick for Wigans first goal was also not a freekick, Zaki just wrapped his arm around whoever it was then fell to the floor arching his back and a very weird looking dive. He's a quality player tbh, however he's a bit of a cheat. Wigan played great though, they constantly closed down the ball, seemed like they had 2 extra men on the pitch the entire match.
