It actually even looks good in green.
Just a bit too light for Highland Green. Close though:

If this handles properly, it could be a realistic replacement for my S2000. I was planning to wait until F-Type V8Rs drop to sensible money but a piece of American muscle is very appealing. Cabrio though of course.
You can pre-order on the 24th next month to secure one of 500 coming to Europe in the first batch.
Sent my local dealership an email requesting more details on this as was going to be looking at new cars in 2015 anyway. The current LHD Mustang was near the top of my list but a new RHD one may peak it even higher.
Depending on pricing, wait times and when I can test drive one, I may just have to go for it. I don't think I could ever put money down on a car without at least trying it first but being a Mustang I would be tempted anyway.

That looks spectacular in that colour, 4 cylinder blasphemy though. What is the v8 version?
Could've sworn I read somewhere ( think topgear?) that the 4cyl would be priced at 30k with the v8 priced around 38k

Well if 38k gets you one with right options, sport suspension, buckets, performance tyres, 3.91 diff, sound system and nav, that won't be too bad. Could even be potential of a profit if the first year is limited to 500 cars.
Of course will depend if the UK models have the same worth having options the Americans get, knowing our luck the UK car will be a set specification with very little options.
I don't think that will be a problem. Apparently, all the European cars will get the performance pack as standard, unlike the US ones. The only thing we seem to be missing from what I've seen/read is the choice of the colour guard and 20inch wheels.
