Former Russian double agent seriously ill in Salisbury.

The job of the opposition is to oppose the Government. Ffs a year ago people were saying Corbyn was useless at opposing.

I stand with him. His judgment has been bang on with Afghanistan, Iraq and Libya. How has the Tories' and the MPs against him, hmm?
 
The U.S was one of the first to mass produce the VX nerve agent. This was used to kill Kim Jong Nam possibly by North Korea. It is wrong to automatically assume that whoever created the agent is the one who has used it. Without a direct connection I think it is wrong to automatically assume. Whatever happened to innocent until proven guilty. It seems guilty until proven innocent nowadays.

It would seem that the nerve agent in question was developed by and manufacture in only one place, this is in central Russia it was deliberately designed not to be detectable by chemical weapons inspectors and only becomes dangerous when the two parts are mixed together.

So the two point stand, either 1. the Russians did it, or 2. they have lost control of it.

I also find it interesting that the Russian member of the UN seemed to be denying that the Russians even produced the stuff in the first place.

When the Commons is unanimous is when it tends to be the most dangerous and wrong.

Also, 'right or wrong' becomes all wrong very quickly, for obvious reasons.
 
World stage politics is 99% perception. What do you think people want to see? A country who gets attacked and stand together to condemn or take action against the threat, or one that gets attacked and end up arguing between parties over the 1% chance the most likely perpetrator isn't guilty?

This isn't some guy who might of stolen a phone in the pub scenario, these are compounds which would be produced at state sponsored labs and under some of the most heavily guarded security in the world.

The likelihood of this being a 3rd party state trying to create an incident between the UK and Russia is so infinitesimally small its going down the lines of CT tinfoil hat to even consider it.

Giving someone the supposed formula and producing the intended product are two very different things, as North Korea are finding out with the development of nuclear weapons, you can steal or buy all the plans you want, making the thing is a very different kettle of fish.
