Forza 5 Announced

Ignore the rumours, the NDA expires tomorrow.

The DLC/Season pass was pre-announced for FM4 in similar fashion. I'm not defending them, just stating the facts.

I'm not sure I want to support this from T10, and I might cancel my day one edition with it, and get my day one edition with fifa 14 instead.

The last 2 Forza's have had a ton of DLC, why are you so surprised that FM5 does as well?
 
I'm not surprised, what annoys me is day one DLC, it always has, also T10 have a ****** record with Forza 4 DLC passes, then releasing more DLC not included in the season pass.
 
Very rarely buy DLC for any game anymore. If I am massively into it like BF3 etc I like new maps and stuff and am OK with paying for it. Day one DLC is pretty annoying though, agreed.
 
DLC should contain content that the devs were unable to include in the finished product. This whole holding a portion of a game to ransom is really bad.

As I already said - FM4 got Day One DLC and the season pass. I'd have been more surprised if they didn't do it.

Doesn't excuse the cost though. Forzavista or otherwise. Tried it for about 5 minutes on FM4 then put it away and went back to racing, painting and tuning.

So because Forza 4 did it, it's OK?
 
It actually annoys me in FM4 when I go to buy a car with ingame CR and I see that little 'DLC' icon top left. No way I'm buying though.

The CTR Yellowbird and 787B (I believe this has appeared in FM4?), as well as quick access to the likes of the P1 & Veyron SS :cool:

The rest are all welcome too and will make starting the game much faster, especially with the doubled XP stuff for VIP.
 
Ive got a PS4 on order, but to be fair, that looks bloody awesome. I would love an Xbox1, but can't justify both machines on launch. I even like the look of Ryse, if just for its setting.
