You guys need to sort shipping to the Highlands, all these loyal members that are missing out on this fantastic deal is killing us....

We are not in the year 2000 anymore. Plenty of couriers offer next day services around these parts.

Tell me about it. Even though we are not in the Highlands we are classed as Highlands and Islands by DPD. Have you noticed also that the items marked free delivery on the shop (not just forum menbers but free to everyone) aren't even free to us? Try putting one of 8 packs overclocked bundles or the gaming chairs marked for free delivery into your basket and see what happens. £15.30 delivery for the chair and £10.50 for the overclocked bundle. So much for free shipping!!

I'm pretty sure if they are ordering an 8Pack system £15 delivery isn't a big issue :D

Still though it must suck for you living in the highlands :(

I am not on about a system. I was talking about the overclocked bundles he has put together. Free shipping for all it's supposed to be, forum member or not. Unless you live up here that is!!

My basket at Overclockers UK:

Total: £623.93
(includes shipping: £0.00)

Once logged in it changes to:-

My basket at Overclockers UK:

Total: £635.03
(includes shipping: £11.10)

I don't even live in the highlands!! Crappy DPD classes everywhere north of Dundee as highlands and islands.

Maybe I am being thick but I can't find the option to deliver to a UPS access point anymore on the checkout page. I am trying to buy an SSD, are these somehow exempt from being delivered to an access point, or has it gone altogether? I placed a couple of orders in October and UPS was ok then, and they added up to a thousand quid. It is so convenient to be able to use an access point, even if the place I use does tend to just stuff the items behind his counter within 6 feet of the outside door, free for any chav to pinch :)

edit: Nevermind, sussed you apparently now have to use the DPD "local shop", hopefully they will let me have my special things when I go to collect, should do, since I am local. So why was UPS ditched out of interest?

Hi, sorry if it's been covered but before free shipping for forum members was ok with 1st class royal mail... in my basket i've selected first class but it says £4 shipping... ?

edit - just read back a couple of pages. That's a shame. I can't justify spending £40 on a hard drive when I can get one for £32 elsewhere with no shipping. It means I have to drive to get it but it's worth it for saving money. I usually order things in which are needed quite quickly, ie. next day and having the ability to use 1st class for free was great, bought quite a lot of gear like that from ocuk. ah well!

Used to use Overclockers a lot for small orders as a loyal forum member. Seems like this min spend has made it less of a reward and more of a standard service for orders over £40.

Just wanting a new mouse mat at £25, same price as amazon. Except was hoping for the next day delivery here. Oh well.
