Games you're playing, and games...

Trying to decide what to play next, I fancy an open world game again after recently completing Stray on PS5.

I want to replay either Days Gone or Ghost of Tsushima, I played both on ps4, days gone I dropped about 10hrs in I guess, ghosts I completed story but didn't go to 2nd island?, or clear all the side stuff. Both have PS5 enhancements, so struggling to decide which first to play. I do fancy going for the platinum on Ghosts if its achievable for me.

Anyone played both these on PS5, which would be your pick?, I own days gone and Ghosts I can play on the ps + extra sub, I'm leaning towards Ghosts.

Played days gone til the end. And wished it had lasted longer.

Dropped Tsushima quarter/half way in

I went back to BF1 and BF5 for some slower paced MP and wow, those games have not aged well.

Plus although ploughing 100s of hours into both games im now back to rank 0 on both. GG EA, golf clap.
Funnily enough I did the same recently, but only because I added a new SSD to the PS5 and wanted to give them another crack - BF1 had one server on the browser! 5 was very active, but it kind of feels like a COD clone - so I dipped back into Hell Let Loose for some decent hardcore WW2 fun.

Don't know why but I'm obsessed with platinuming Spiderman Remastered (my only 100%'d game so far is Sekiro, I think). It's sooo repetitive now and I only have random crimes left in the base game (good grief). 100% on The Heist and Turf Wars, now on Silver Lining and sick and tired of the dumb Screwball challenges.

But for some reason I have to have this Platinum, maybe because it's still the best Spidey game in years and web swinging feels great:P Also, the DLC is pretty solid overall.

Having said that, I really want to be done with it an go back to Ragnarok and GoT or anything else for a change.

Also started Kingdom Hearts III as it's on Extra now and I've wanted to try the series for a good while.

I feel you. This was me back in summer ; I had a love/hate relationship with the game but felt compelled to get the plat trophy.

Yeah, I'll do it but it'll take quite a break before I jump into Miles:P Love/hate is exactly what I feel towards this game.

It wouldn't be so bad were it not for the random crimes, ugh.

Thank god I don't need NG+ for the plat.

Finishing off loose ends in Ragnarok and then either onto new game plus in Rift Apart or a long awaited return to Cyberpunk. Unless anything new on gamepass takes my fancy.

Nobody playing Callisto Protocol? It looks absolutely amazing, the reviews not so much though. Will pick it up second hand next year.

Edit. Didn’t see or realise it had its own thread.

I've been playing Dragon Quest XI S on PS4 Pro lately. All the DQ games being added to PS plus has been pretty awesome, as I was about to buy XI and Builders 2 on Switch, no need now!
Been a while since I've played a JRPG, and this feels like an old school game, in fancy clothes. Liking it a lot. I'd only ever played the first Builders game on Vita.

It's a great game. Played it on the PC, and the Switch. I think my playthrough took me approx. 130 hours.

Will wait for it to be on gamepass.
That's a fair point and I'm sure you are not the only one. GP must be having a huge effect on peoples purchasing behaviour. The last post in the Calisto Protocol thread here (before its release) was December 2020. Meanwhile the in the PC forum theirs is up to 22 pages!

The amount of time it'll take to finish is the main thing that I am not enjoying.
I'm just under 20 hours in. Not sure I'll manage to see the end of the story, as I tend to change on to other things after about 40/50. Will keep trying with this one, as it is a nice world.
