Games you're playing, and games...

Finally got around to AC Mirage. Twas ok, I missed the freedom and expanse of Valhalla and Odyssey but it was decent enough for a story padout.

Currently working through some games and on Jedi Survivor. I wasn't expecting much but it's pleased so far. Bigger than I was expecting which is a plus.

I must say though the graphics of both haven't impressed. Survivor sometimes even seems to have issues with textures.

I may have spoiled myself with HFW and Burning Shores as my first PS5 game, nothing else has been closed graphically for me.
 
Thought I'd give Tunic a go...and it's an interesting wee game in the way that mechanics and story are revealed. I reckon there's a distinct Souls influence in there! Pretty tricky but I think I'm on the last boss...

Other than that, loving RE4 and RE8 on VR (yes, I'm splitting my precious gaming time between them, don't ask me why because I don't know).

Eyeing up Elden Ring expansion next.
 
Absolutely adoring Dark Souls 3, cant believe I have never played this! Loved Demon Souls, Elden Ring & Sekiro - Don't know why I've never given it a go
Feels a lot harder this one, and as expected the atmosphere and music are amazing. Ill have to check out DS1 and DS2.

Beaten Iudex Gundyr and managed to get past Vordt of the Boreal Valley last night, truly magical games the feeling you get when you down a boss is :D

Currently playing Still Wakes the Deep on PC and really enjoying it, but on console I started a Claire B playthrough of RE2 last night after doing a Leon A run a couple of years ago. I've got RE3 and RE4 still to play too so figured it was time to make a dent in those.
 
Still playing elden ring dlc. Playing it straight after the main game is burning me out a little. Next game is astrobot which I’m looking forward to very much
 
Titanfall 2.

Got up to the bit with the Core. It's been really fun so far and getting into a Titan makes you feel you are all powerful, as you would be. Love the variety of weapons too, especially the one that shoots red electric bolts, instantly disable robots and blows up humans lol.

Side point, I wish I could fine-tune aiming with the gyro sensor though.
 
Started playing Nier Replicant on Xbox last Sunday, just went past a point of no return without warning, time jumped the story and now I've got side quests I can't complete because it's now 5 years later :mad::eek:

From a quick Google search I'm going to have to restart the game if I want to 100% the quests :(
 
I'm knee deep into First Descendant - I have over 85hrs logged in this - today I spent my first money (£7.99) on the battle pass.

I've also been enjoying the Deathbound demo on ps5 which is a pretty unique soulslike and is also tough as nails.

My ps plus premium expired so I decided just to go back to the cheapest level of plus with the 3 games per month and multiplayer.

I've preordered Black Myth Wukong and Astrobot. I'm tempted with Star Wars Outlaws but I'll probably wait for a sale or a vinted used pickup.

I need to check the release date for the psvr2 version of Arcade Paradise - I absolutely loved the base game so that will be an instabuy for me.

I’ve just found out about The First Descendant and have sunk 25 hours or so into it this week! A great free looter shooter. I bought the SP last night too. Got Bunny to level 40 so I’m just going to complete the campaign then maybe work on some other characters.

Bunny is great especially for farming. If you get the chance to farm charecters go after Sharon & Enzio both have abilities which will help speed up your overall progression when farming crystallisation catalysts and activators.

On YouTube moxsy has loads of really good 1st Descendant content.

Although I'm into hard mode I only currently have 4 chars (Viessa, Bunny, Blare & the poison one).
 
Bought the Avatar game as it was on sale again and it’s brilliant. If you like Far Cry with the stealth, a bow, crafting and upgrading - but without the usual Ubisoft bloat - then this is the game for you. Looks stunning on the PS5 as well. If I’d known it was this good I’d have bought it on release. Can’t wait to dive back in.
 
Had a lazy weekend. Played the campaign of Vanguard i thought it was a decent story, although short it looked pretty good. Not bad for £11.. Then i got back on Stellar Blade. God i love this game. I have just done the tower in the desert and doing some of the side missions. Got a decent amount of gold and parts to use just havnt built many of the outfits. Loving the swimsuits and bikini ones.. :D
