Hi willhub, I asked the same thing as you and they did redirect me to Everest, it's at the bottom when you double click on sensor thingy in everest. Good luck! And yes you probably have to set it to +0.4 as it's at 1.8v standard I think.

Mine died

OK I have:

E6600
BFG 8800GTS
2 GB DDR2 Twin2X xms2 matched pair
DS3 gigabyte motherboard
Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro
Themeltake 680 Trupower psu

Switched PC to find it dead, thought the psu had gone so picked up another, nothing still dead, I first ( and maybe still don't think its the mob) as I have a funny problem last few weeks.

Pasted below from what I posted in think-broadband site:

My ex trusty PSU died today, was a bit strange for the past few weeks I been having problem powering PC if I unplugged or switched pcu off, if I just shut down PC normally it would power up first time.

If Unplugged then plugged back in I would have to hit the power switch 10 / 12 times before power came through.

It was a Thermaltake Pure power 680W which I have had for round 2- 3 years maybe longer.

I took it out and put it in sons PC where funny enough it would boot the PC up but nothing would show on monitor - and reset and on off button would not work (except to switch on not off)

So my question is three fold
a) Would this have only been a PSU fault
b)I'm looking to buy this PSU as I like the idea of less cables in box
c) Anyone else used this or have this? seems to have very good reviews by customers
and maybe ..
d) Could anything else be causing this problem as I put my sons one into my PC (his is only a bog standard 230w ..and it died after half booting PC).

Any help would be great, I have since taken out CPU and tried to see if fans would cycle dead as a door nail, could it be anything but the Mobo?

And as this mobo is only round 7 months old could I get it replaced?

Cheers for reading

I wouldn't really expect a cheap 230w PSU to be able to boot a system with an 8800GTS in it.

Which PSU are you thinking of buying?

And the Gigabytes come with a two or three year warranty.

well anyone thats up to the job with a bit spare left in the bank, Ideally I would like one where you connect the cables to, bit like the Hyper one, where you only use the cables you need

Need some help with setting up my RAID 0 on my new DS3 -GA-P35C

What should i be connecting my two 320GB SATA drive to? The purple or orange connections from the montherboard?

If i connect it to the purlpe and enter the BIOS, set to RAID/IDE mode on the 'Onboard SATA/IDE Crt Mode' and then go through the RAID set up process.....Once i made my RAID, put the winXP CD in, push F6 to load the correct drivers, past that stage.

Then I push 'enter' on the windows setup screen to begin installing, windows then come back to me saying there are no hard drives found.

I have connected it correct and double checked, but when i go into the BIOS and check if there is anything connected, it just picks out my SATA DVD-RW. However when i connect the SATA cables onto the Orange connectors on the montherboard, check in BIOS again, its found it.

Which one should i be connecting my SATA drives for RAID mode?

And whats the best way to format a new hard drive for a new computer? Windows doesn't seem to want to do it.

DS3 or DS3R?

If it's the DS3R, then use the first two orange ports, and use the top RAID option in the BIOS menu.

You should be able to create a partition and format it once you have loaded the F6 RAID drivers and have got to the hard drive selection screen.

Use the intel Orange ports the gigabyte purple ones are pants so I hear, you should be able to format prior to installing XP? Format, create partitions (if needed) then install
