Glastonbury & the BBC.

Well what a fun chap you are...

I've been here since Wednesday afternoon. Confidence Man were the highlight so far.

I've seen foals live so many times that we watched Primal Scream. Bit of a lull in the middle but ended strongly.

I prefer it when it ****** it down and everyone looks cold, miserable and wet.

Can't watch it on TV due that sanctimonious cow Jo Whiley voice or face enters my ear drums as it upsets me for months.

If some gave me a free ticket I would burn it and send the ashes to some millennial who was desperate to go and couldn't get a ticket.

:)
Name change to Victor Meldrew

Greta Turdberg is going to give a speech apparently, that's enough for anyone to not want to go.
everything has to be political these days. I hope she gets booed off the stage
Glastonbury was political when it started 50 years ago, with all the counter culture stuff. They sent the riot police in against New Age travellers in the mid 80s. Battle of the Beanfield I think they called it.

Stop talking twaddle.

Hilarious really, given the utterly enormous amount of plastic bottles and crates and camping paraphernalia which is left dumped on the ground at the end of the festival. Then the hypocrisy of it all is that some of those who brought all that plastic and then left it lying there , will be on tv on some protest march about plastic pollution in the world.

You do realise Glastonbury banned any selling of plastic bottles onsite in 2019?
Yes I do, the eldest nipper has been going to Glastonbury every year and has gone again this year and guess what, he took plastic bottles with him, along with camping equipment with a lot of plastics in it (and a rather hefty amount of weed it has to be said lol but I'm guessing that at least wont be left behind)

Yeah, well that's on the eldest nipper! Glastonbury are doing what they can. Frisking everyone and confiscating anything plastic might be taking it a bit far...

Wouldnt need to frisk them if the hypocritical little ***** took it with them at the end instead of just leaving it on the ground
