Cool - played a few when I've been over visiting family in upstate New York.

Played Doral Arrowhead (9 hole course but very good), Rye Golf Club etc.

Out of interest, what's your thought process when deciding which angled wedge to use?

I have a 52 degree and 60 degree. Normally the 52 I can hit from just under the 100 yard mark and use it around the greens etc. the 60 degree I generally use for bunker shots and if feeling confident, the flop shot. Also use it if I've short sided myself to try and get it up and down fast. However this is very easy to "thin/knife" it doing this.

Sorted my clubs out today, although in need of a clean! Brought them out of hiding ready for a game soon. Used to be a really keen golfer going several times a week then it just died out as I got busier. Really looking forward to picking it back up and getting back in to the weekly hobby/outing :)

They're a few years old now, but certainly wouldnt think about changing/updating them, especially with being so rusty now. Tempted to swap the bag tho for a stand bag. Be much easier to lug around.

Well played plenty of golf this Easter break and needed to after how little I played over the Winter. The most annoying this is when coming back after a layoff and not being able to hit the shots you want even tho you know you can. Very frustrating game at times. I have been hitting a small slice recently and whatever I tried would seem to work. My mate the realised my shoulders were open on the 7th tee (already 3 over). 5 birdies and another 4 bogeys later I shot a 2 over par 72. It's amazing how such a small adjustment works. There was me thinking it was my swing, duh!

Regards to the wedge talk above I use a 54 and a 58. Strong sand wedge and strong lob wedge. I do however, struggle on occasion to get any sort of distance on them and something that I am working on. I use the Nike VR Pro's and they have a nice feel, spin rate when struck correctly.
