Google shows off Android 3.0 - the 'Entirely for Tablet' Honeycomb

Not really 90% of the tablets will have identical hardware, i still don't understand the hype over xoom. It'll be one of many identical tablets with little other than accessories and price to choose between them.

im still gonna be getting one, at this stage, by the sounds of it we will have to wait until April for a wifi only option, so i guess by then there will be a flood on the market. with the big mobile conference coming up in a week or two no doubt more will be unveiled!

When the LG rep came into work the other day, she told us that it has 3d recording but NOT 3d viewing due to the significant cost increase over a standard screen.

So yeah, you can record with it but if you want to view it, you've got to move it to a 3d capable pc/tv.

I waiting for the xoom or ipad 2 if its anything special (although with current rumors its looking unlikely). I'll probly use it as a surfing device/book or comic reader and gaming if they get games like plants vs zombies on it :D .
