do i have to get some way into the story to do this?

i've only done 2 missions but want to spend a few hours doing taxi to master the driving and learn the city

The standard Maverick chopper is available from the Helitours location in the southeast Algonquin and from a private helipad in northwest Alderney. Heavily armoured Annihilators appear on top of a police building in northeast Algonquin and also in the northern area of the Francis International Airport.

It's still driving fail - I've got used to it now so I dont crash but I much prefer the old arcadey throw the car around style. It was more fun and I've got my own car for realistic city driving

I've only played briefly but I do like the one modelled on the Hummer.

I find the Blista Compact has really nice handling for the through city driving. The big sports cars can be a bit of a handfull when cornering at speed.

Motorbikes don't seem as easy to handle as previous GTA's - guess I need to put in some more time on them

yeah that was good. Didn't take me long to smash it up and lose it in a police chase though. I went through the windscreen and the police were too near the car to go back to it - when I went back after losing my wanted level it had gone

It took a while but I'm liking the car handling. Approaching a corner, a tap of the handbrake and a nudge of the wheel should send you into the bend nicely. Also, in shoot-outs it's fun to stop with the handbrake and spin the car round and round while shooting at your attackers

Did anyone that did the Jacob mission requiring you to kill the Drug dealers at the top of the flats, get shot at as soon as they walked out the red door to the street?

Only had a little bit of health and it killed me lol. Thing was part of their gang of something. Passed the mission nevertheless.

Not sure it is the same one, but i done a mission where the guy was on the second level of a flat and it had 2 stairsways up, but the mission said "try and get to him before you get violent"

Thought sod that, so i sniped him from accross the street

Ok TimBrad has a problem (other than his temporary suspension):
He has no missions left on the map and can only ring Roman and Michelle. Roman arranged to play darts with him and Tim stood Roman up. Now Roman wont answer the phone at all and it seems TimBrad is stuck unable to move the story forward.

Anyone had this problem or know a solution?
