According to sources from beyond3d/neogaf it would appear that the PS3 compromise was to lower the internal rendering resolution to 630p rather than the X360 which renders internally at 720p. If you remember GTA4 was delayed last year, and rumoured that the delay was due to performance issues with coding the PS3 version. Well it would transpire (if you believe these forums and it's not just elitist fanboy-ism) that they made the compromise of lowering the PS3 resolution, and then spending time optimising the PS3 edition further from here, and this might be why people prefer the PS3 version, it's certainly why the PS3 is being described as 'softer' whilst the 360 is being labelled 'clinical', they spent more time trying to hide the lack of pixel resolution and the inheritness of lowering resolution is that the PS3 blurs more with DoF , rather than the 360 which is more dithered/waterpainting-esque with far away details/textures

All rather interesting, but as long as my PS3 version is waiting for me at home i'll be happy ;)

I GOT THE GAME!!!!!

WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!

:D

Every review i have been reading says the ps3 version has the edge on picture quality out of the two and slightly better aa, but i doubt there is much difference.

I got this at 8AM this morning, got home at 8.30. Just stopped playing it there as my eyes are burning.

What a game though, so much to do!

Im not liking the radio station too much, no where near the awesomeness of VC, so far Ive only heard 2 songs that I recognise, and only one of them I vaguely like.

Wooo my 2k post
