Not as much fun as the previous games, very short and hated the last mission!

Not a bad game by any means, still very enjoyable!

I have the middle and right islands open to me at the moment. Is there anywhere I can easily get a helicopter from and are there any cars worth storing bar the turismo and the comet at this point?

- I have been on four dates with michelle so far and got lucky two times but how can you meet more girls?
- Sharpness on LCD's should be set to minimum as you don't need/want extra sharpness when using a PS3/360
- I have two cars parked in front of the safehouse, one is a black Banshee (Viper) and the other is a convertible merc like thing.
- How many missions can you do with Little Jacob, the last one I did was with a drugdeal gone bust and shooting inside a house but now he is always busy :confused:

theres a helicopter tour place at the very south east of the middle island :)

1) go to the internet cafe and use the dating website :)

2) it tells you what % of missions you have completed with him at the bottom of the first page of the stats on the pause menu, and i cant remember :p

All my mates were in my room watching the other day, we flicked on the GTA TV.. and none other but Mr Gervais was doing some comedy! It was brilliant!
 
I don't get him either. When I went there he was on about cancer patients. I wish that club wasn't scripted so I could grab a bat...

wtf, are mentally ill, I've seen both versions running on the same set, I prefer the filtered (or blurry) look, I don't want sharpening, are you not listening, I actually like it, the developers actually made a conscious decision to apply that look to the PS3 version, it doesn't look like that because of the resolution difference (which there still is), you do know that don't you ? go onto the gaf comparison thread, there are many people that like it that way, and there are also many people that like the more 'clinical' look of the 360 version, these are people that own both versions,

The problem is your looking at the PS3 version, seeing that it's filtered and you don't like it, but instead of saying, oh no, I don't like the way they choose to render the PS3 version, you come on here going, "it is EXACTLY like looking through frosted glass" and " its not acceptable on the ps3" which is just stupid, because clearly it is acceptable, it's just not acceptable for YOU, that doesn't make it universally unacceptable.

I could come on here saying the same stupid stuff, both versions were rendered differently, I honestly don't like the way the 360 version is rendered, it uses a strange dithering technique, many people are calling it a 'paint effect', it makes the shadows look very poor, it also makes the DOF look very grainy which is very off putting, plus because of this dithering technique objects in the back ground end up losing detail, now I don't come on here and say "OMG the 360 version is unacceptable !!!!onEE1!11!!!1!!" that would just be silly, end of the day I just prefer the way PS3 renders the game, equally people will prefer the way the 360 renders the game, it's all about likes and dislikes, like I said before it doesn't make either version universally unacceptable.

Either that, or your TV is broke.

It looks best running on my PSP using remote play connected to my Wii, which is emulating my ds.

Now can we give it up?

its not me who isnt listening. i never said being sharper than it should looks better, i said it wasnt AS sharp as it should be.there is a difference you know.

i really couldnt care less. how many people here have said they cant see a difference and turned out to own small monitors or 720p lcd's? how many people here have said they cant see it yet they are only using low res videos and photos to compare them?

thats because it is like looking through frosted glass. if i were to place a piece of glass over the top of my tv, it would looked exactly like that. get it?

lol well i never said i didn't like the 360 shadows either. but guess what, the ps3 shadows suffer from problems as well.

yes of course it is. other games are fine. other consoles are fine. my pc is fine and bluray is fine./ so it must be the tv. you're a genius.

You keep going on about people with small screns, out of curiousity, what size of screen are you using? You may have said, but i aint going to read back 18 pages of this bull**** to find out.

its a disgusting attitude but not at all surprising when he has nothing to come back with.

i am using a 40" sony 40w2000. there is nothing wrong with it but i have plenty of pictures if people still think its my tv. http://homepage.ntlworld.com/james.miller700/apocalypto1.jpg
