- Graphics are good but just really hard to see in the dark / in shadows ? Is this normal or should I just crank up the brightness ?
What version do you have?
If Xbox 360 then you'll probably have to turn up the brightness, 360 by default has a non-standard gamma output which greatly exaggerates dark areas/contrast.
If PS3 make sure you aren't using RGB Full on a non-supported TV, otherwise you'll be suffering from black crush.
any news on DLC?

August/September time.
Isn't reference levels Expanded on the 360 the same as full RGB on the PS3? Maybe he should check that also?
Nice so that means March/April time with their timescales?
Yeah good point I didn't think of that, I don't think many people used the expanded RGB levels of 360 though as it's dark enough out of the box.
What is DLC exactly please ?
The detail is very good such as smashing windows and blood on the bonnet when you run someone over. However stuff even a few meters in front of you is blurred.
So when you're driving failing quick you can't really see the cars ahead of you ?
They use blurring instead of fog to make the distance visible, however it shouldn't be "a few meters in front of you". Only the far distance should be blurred, and driving certainly shouldn't be hampered.
I'd check some screenshots/movies of actual gameplay to see how your game compares.
Been hammering this again lately. Trying for 100%
