Nah I could make out some of the names on the cars which are the same as old Vice City like "Cheetah" they just look amazing!

Assuming that's not just a cinematic trailer but in-engine, then it looks rather incredible. I've not seen any current gen console game looking that good and that chock full of dense props. The trailer also mentions nothing about the platforms it is gonna be on, so maybe this footage is from the PC version
