ive logged a support ticket over a week ago and had no response.
+1 for MSI. Sent my card to Holland and it was back within a week. Overnight UPS on the return.
Yep if you see my original post, anything in the top 6 has the best warranty service, so for AMD/ATI your best options are Gigabyte and MSI.chief barker said:Just having a read as I'm going for a couple of 7970s.
So Gigabyte and MSI are the ones who offer excellent RMA services?
Avoid the rest?
Was you one of the people who bought a £200 GTX480SOC? and ended up with a £400+ card? I suppose they could have just brushed you under the carpet with 2 x GTX 460 straight away.Van Diemen said:Took Gigabyte almost a month to sort out my GTX480SOC RMA.
Did end up with a GTX580, but an entire month IMO is too long

This was down to End of line product so no replacement in stock, this happend to someone else also as I read it on these forums, replacements came from Gigabyte Taiwan Head Quarters as far as I'm aware.

Out of interest, how much did that cost to send, ALXAndy? Did MSI refund part of the shipping costs?
Just sent my POV GTX480 back today, will keep you informed!
Kinda terrified that I've just spent £900 on a pair of Powercolor 7970s.
