I'd love to know why the guild suddenly disbanded... was only offline for 3 days and all of a sudden i come back and theres no guild... thought i'd been kicked for some reason.

Should remake the guild as what it was when it started, aka 10 man progression guild with a good community. In my eyes it started going bottoms up as soon as the mass recruitment started for 25 mans

What's changed?
The guild started going down the pan once it was formed, the guild master that you had was a grade A idiot.
He took only his friends to raids, fobbed off other people with stupid excuses (worth mentioning here that the other people were far better also).
Probably THE worst run guild I have ever been in, the attitude that if somebody makes a mistake, you can't try and help them to fix it is absolutely insane.
You make one small remark about someone being a god awful player and you have softy officers jumping down your throat, was quite epic in itself.
I have being waiting for this day since I left, and im not surprised it has happened, with no explanation from the awful guild master
I suggest you make a new guild with someone who knows how to run it properly, and isn't a worthless scrub, or join one that's better and see how its done.

I've uninstalled the game and let my account run dry as I really can't be bothered with it anymore. The old ocuk guild on shattered halls had a similar problem when starting out but got over it quickly iirc

Bit harsh, he seemed like a decent enough fellow for the (short) time I was in the guild but I would agree there was a wee bit of nepotism going down which made it damn difficult to get into the 10mans.
Unlucky though, guild seemed to be progressing quite nicely

You really are a bitter, bitter person. I barely remember you, but remember you were kicked for being an elitist know-it-all who after being kicked started a guild called 'Justifiably Arrogant' (enough said really) which lasted all of 2 seconds. Move on with your life, harbouring such hatred is just weird and creepy. You have a pretty vivid and full imagination of the kind of person I am, yet we barely uttered two words to each other. All I remember is you saying in guild chat how you were the 'best in europe' player at your class, said in jest or not it set the tone for your general attitude.
Seriously, get a grip. It's an online game.

The guild was disbanded due to the lack of performance players on Karazhan. It was, as initially stated, a poor server choice. The bulk of the officers (including my 'scrubby' self) have left to join world class hardcore raiding guilds. We had a great foundation of dedicated players, some of us getting world #1 or top 100 HPS/DPS in various fights. But we also had a vast contrast to that in the rest of the guild and the talent brought locally. Socially it was great though, I've made a lot of friends who I will keep in touch with. And for the most part everyone has left with a sense of something achieved and friends made (exempting the bitter above).
We left with 11/12 ICC 10 and 8/12 ICC 25 which in 3-4 months is quite an achievement and our members should be proud, it put us above a good 70% of the world's raiding population, but unfortunately that thirst wasn't quite quenched for some of us. I hear there's a guild being remade from some of our old members which should keep the social atmosphere alive.
I can only apologise to those of you that were left logging on and not knowing the circumstances of what had gone on.

And for the record, Pumpty is an exceptional healer, he carried other healers through 90% of our raids ask anyone that was in The Unit. All you need to do is check our WoL, look ill even give you a little link here.

He's a Holy Paladin (probably the best healer in the game right now) for starters. That WoL means absolutely nothing when your other healers were probably -
A) In worse gear
B) And/or really awful
You will get complaints about my attitude from bad people who are leeching your raids, of course you will.
