Seems ok for max effort, although you are doing it from a rack
 The rack is actually the same as having 25's on the bar, about 5mm difference to 20's

Also what are people's views on front box squats - are they worth it?

1. No trainers....... Why??? I certainly lift with trainers and being a size 13, it won't be easy or cheap to find anything else suitable.

i started using the ez bar more out of wrist issues rather than shoulder!
